We offer 3 different subscriptions to our clients:


  • Month to Month Subscription
  • 12-Month Contract Subscription
  • 24-Month Contract Subscription (Currently on-hold)


The following key points should be considered when choosing your subscription type:


  • Month to Month Subscription - Once the complimentary Visual Line of Sight confirmation has been done by one of our technicians, a quotation will be generated by our administration team for the equipment required to achieve & maintain a stable connection to the tower. Once the full amount of the quotation has been paid, our technician will be scheduled for an installation on your premises. The scheduling normally happens within 4 hours from payment during normal business hours. The installation takes on average between 1 & 2 hours depending on the requirement & equipment. On this subscription, your pro-rata subscription is on us*.
  • 12-Month Contract Subscription - The complimentary Visual Line of Sight confirmation also applies on this subscription. Once the VLOS confirmation has been done, you will receive the contract documents from our administration team. Once these documents have been signed & returned to us, an installation will be scheduled for you. The same time-frame applies in this case for the scheduling of the installation as well as the physical installation on your premises. This subscription does not include your first month's subscription, therefore, once the payment has been made into our account for you first month's premium, the installation will take place. This subscription is only available on the 8Mbps Home & 10Mbps Home subscriptions, as well as all the premium subscriptions (2Mbps Premium, 4Mbps Premium, 6Mbps Premium, 8Mbps Premium & 10Mbps Premium). You will be required to make an upfront payment to us for the amount quoted & the pro-rata of your chosen subscription.
  • 24-Month Contract Subscription - The complimentary Visual Line of Sight confirmation also applies on this subscription. Once the VLOS confirmation has been done, you will receive the contract documents from our administration team. Once these documents have been signed & returned to us, an installation will be scheduled for you. The same time-frame applies in this case for the scheduling of the installation as well as the physical installation on your premises. This subscription does not include your first month's subscription, therefore, once the payment has been made into our account for you first month's premium, the installation will take place. This subscription is available on all packages.


On the Month to Month subscription, the equipment belongs to you, and you have the right to move to a different ISP with the equipment should you wish to do so. This subscription can be cancelled at any time with a 1-Month notice in writing.


On the 12/24 Month Contract Subscriptions, the equipment will remain the property of DraadloosWeb until the date where the last payment is received as per your contract agreement. Once the contract has expired, your subscription will automatically convert to a month to month subscription. You will then own the equipment. You will be held responsible for the equipment until the contract expiry date, and it is the responsibility of the client to insure such items, etc.


Any additional Hardware/Software does not form a part of any of our subscription offerings, i.e. additional Access Points, Range Extenders, etc. These items can be purchased additionally from us & installed at our standard hourly rate.


Callout Fees apply on all different subscription offerings based on our standard hourly rate.
