VLOS= Visual Line of Sight
Site Survey = A survey of the premises where one wishes to have the installation done.
Visual Line of Sight to one of our towers is required for ProtekAI to provide you with a wireless internet connection, therefore we have to visit your premises to conduct a full site survey to confirm whether the infrastructure will allow the connection to be established & stable.
As a norm, the VLOS site survey is done at no charge but this can be amended in writing by senior management of ProtekAI. This will generally only happen in special requests.
